Notes by J.F.H. Mitchell relating to his book: Aboriginal dictionary (Woradgery tongue), of birds, beast, fished, Etc., weapons and timber; also customs and ceremonies of the tribe, Albury [1906], etc. The notes directly relating to material published in the book were inserted by the author in his own copy, and they were later transcribed and, with illustration and additional material (including verse by J.F.H. Mitchell) made into an album, by the author's daughter, Mrs F.E. O'Sullivan. There are many references to the Mitchell family throughout the whole material. Also includes letters written to members of the William Mitchell family by relatives from England, 1812-1845 etc.
